1. Bake a pie shell (whether homemade or store-bought, do this FIRST so you don’t forget to bake it later on).
Glaze mixture: 1 – 2 – 3
2. Bring 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and 2 tbsp cornstarch to a boil until mixture thickens.
3. Remove from heat and add 3 tbsp strawberry jello. Set aside to cool.
4. Cut strawberries in half and place in baked pie crust. Pour the warm glaze over the strawberries. Place in refrigerator to cool.
5. Equally delicious plain as it is with whipped cream.
